Kenyetta has dedicated the last 15 years to working with the Federal Government as a Human Resources professional in various fields. As an expert in the areas of Classification and Position Management for the Department of Defense and local government, she is a senior analyst in the areas of classification, organizational development, position management, and training. She is particularly experienced in the areas of strategic advice to operational managers, directing the administrative functions of complex organizations, and developing company culture. She has ITIL Foundations certification.
Derrick Allen — Vice President
After years of managing all types of Technology projects, and dealing with SMEs, PhDs, C-level business execs, and military leaders, Derrick realized team communication and synergy was the biggest point of Failure. Derrick has always had family & friends remark that he’s never met a stranger, and this ‘talent’ lends itself well to Project Management. He’s managed Technology projects both large and small, covering a wide range including: IT, AV, AV-Technology integration, and Tech refreshes/upgrades. Supporting the Federal Government for more than a dozen years; serving all branches of the military, as well as the Veterans Affairs (VA). He takes great pride in my contributions to the DoD and the VA.
